Warranty Repair If you require a warranty repair, please contact Digitalview on 08-9275-9700 or use the contact page to inform us that you are returning an item for warranty repair. We will confirm your warranty claim by email and issue an Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will also provide you with information on how to return the product to Digitalview.
Please do not ship products to Digitalview without an email confirmation and an RAN.
Ensure that the goods being returned are suitably packaged and properly addressed (see our contact page for these details). Please include a brief note describing the fault. Also include a copy of the Sales Invoice for confirmation purposes.
No Fault Found ("NFF") If a product is returned to Digitalview and is found to be of NFF status, a minimum charge of $65.00 will be invoiced. Payment for this service as well as the return freight cost must be made before dispatch of Goods.
Non Warranty Repair If you require a non warranty repair, please contact Digitalview on 08-9275-9700 or use the contact page to inform us that you are returning an item for non warranty repair. We will confirm your non warranty return by email and issue an RAN. We will also provide you with information on how to return the product to Digitalview.

The chargeable rate for Non Warranty repair is $65 per half hour. With a minimum charge of $65.00. These charges do not include replacement of parts. This is charged for separately.
