If your product is dead on arrival (DOA) or is damaged in transit, please contact us on 08-9275-9700 or use the contact page to inform us that you are returning an item. We will confirm your claim by email and issue an Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will also provide you with information on how to return the product to Digitalview. To expedite your return, the product must be returned to Digitalview in its original packaging complete with manuals and accessories within 14 days of purchase.

Digitalview will not accept any product for return which does not have a RAN or has been packaged inadequately. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these requirements are not met. If you return a product because it was DOA, but we find that the product is in full working condition or any defects or damage were caused after you took receipt of the product, it will be returned to you. You may be invoiced a processing fee and any freight costs associated with the return. These invoiced amounts will be payable before the product is returned to you.

If you have purchased a Digitalview product from one of our retailer partners, please contact the retailer for their return policy. Digitalview cannot directly accept returns for products purchased through one of our retail partners.
