In the interest of maintaining the quality of our products, Digitalview make available, free-of- charge, any applicable software updates. These updates resolve minor issues and in some cases may provide operational enhancements that add to the functionality of product.

How to Locate and Identify the Product Software Version

Product Software Version
To identify the Software Version currently installed in your Digitalview Product.

1. Press the MENU button on the Remote Control Unit. The MAIN MENU is displayed.
2. In the MAIN MENU, scroll to the ABOUT option.
3. Press ENTER on your Remote Control Unit.  The Software Version number is listed in the dialog box together with other system details.

Product Firmware Update Status

The Current Software Update Status for:

  DVR-810 - Firmware Update Version 3051.
A USB “thumb drive” with a minimum of 16MB capacity is required.

  DVH-505 - Latest Release Version 2.13.
A PC with Microsoft Windows and a 9 pin null modem serial cable is required to implement your product update.
